i have a 2000 civic and thinking about putting headers on, how hard or easy is it? and what is the steps. how much hp would i gain???

well its as easy as first making shure that it is compatable with your car. 2nd you unbolt your muffler from your exhaust manifold. 3rd take off your exhaust manifold just by un bolting about 6 to 8 bolts form the top and bottom. 4th you just bolt the headers on to the same place that you took the exhaust manifold with the same bolt if they are not included in the header kit. 5th bolt it to the exhaust and bam your done!! putting headers on could boost you anywhere from 20 to 50HP. it is also a great add on to an engine that you are going to trick out because it get rid of the gases faster and also helps keep the heat off the engine.
