i have a 2002 civic lx do i need new shocks and struts to put on a coilover kit?

U don't need them right now but it would be smarter to get them done while u get the coilover kit. If you use your factory shox and struts, eventually they will wear out and bottom out. Might as well protect the investment and do it right the first time.
