I replaced the drivers side door, since the original door was rusted and dented. Bought the door at a junk yard. Once I did this, the sunroof just magically stopped working. When I hit the switch, you hear a relay sounding, but nothing happens. I was able to manually close the glass, with a hex key, through the motor it self. I replace the open/tilt/close switch, but still makes the sound of clicking, but nothing happens. I replaced the relay the switch is connected to, and nothing - just makes the same clicking sound. I have the complete sunroof assembly, but don't want to go through all that work to replace the whole thing, if all I need is one small piece.

I checked fuses, no problems there.

Any ideas?
