Increase horsepower in my '02 civic without getting crazy..?
Im not trying to win street races, but I just want to know what I can add, i'd say up to $1000 is my budget, so that I have some extra pep when i step on the gas. Cuz right now my car sounds like a soda machine but i love it cuz its 30 mpg so i dont want to buy a new car with these gas prices and I'm almost done paying it off so I dont want to have no new car payments.
