Mechanical Clicking Sound on turns?

Mechanical Clicking Sound on turns?
Hi Guys,
I have a 2005 Honda Civic. When I make a turn, I can hear a mechanical clicking sound coming from somewhere near the indicator switch. This is in addition to the normal clicking sound of the indicator light. What could be the problem?
