OK i have a 1995 Honda civic hatchback and I'm trying to hake it the fastest...

...possible. ill spend up to 6k? well im willing to spend up to $6000 and hoping to go to 180 mph. im not that good with cars so anything can help. also guages and stuff like that to. thanks
