i have a 1999 isuzu amigo with a 2.2 2 wheel drive my question is this why am i only getting 200 miles on a tank of gas? i put new plugs wires fuel filter i get roughly 10 miles if im lucky in town and 14 on hwy by rough estimate and when i have the ac on i can go through a tank of gas in 100 miles i need help badly i cant afford to keep spending 80 a week putting gas in this truck and since isuzu and honda are pretty much same thing with different names i figgured maby someone might be able to help me thanks for yer time..

What?!! Honda and Isuzu are nowhere near the same. First Isuzu is owned by GM. Second Honda consistently ranks at the top when it comes to mpg and reliability. Just because they're both Japanese doesn't mean they're the same. So getting a Honda is a major upgrade from your Isuzu. Now that I think of it Honda and Isuzu did team up for the Rodeo or for the Honda version the Passport but that was only because Honda was still working on an original Honda SUV and needed something to fill in the SUV gap in the meantime.

your best bet is get engine cleaner & run it through a few times & oil cleaner too.
