Is it possible to fix the seal in the waterpump of my 94 Honda Civic?

The water pump of my car is leaking and I have discovered that the seal in my waterpump has worn off. Is there anyway I can fix it without having to replace the waterpump?

The pump is not that expencive and you would have to remove the pump anyway, so you might as well just put a new one on.
