Removing the rear wall on a Honda Del sol?

I am not sure what to call it. I am trying to remove the pannel inside the car that all the interior trim behind the seats attachctes to. This is what the rear glass atches to. It seams to attached with some kind of MFB tape, but I am not sure. Your help is much appreciated
