I have a 1996 Honda CRX Del Sol, and im thinkin on gettin lambo door hinges but a few of my mates say i need to get an engineering certificate after that, if so how much would it cost?

you need a certification like" saying that what you've done is road-worthy and it doesn't just fall-off at high speeds, probably, endangering other motorists along the way..."































its' all about being "road-worthy again" after having mods in your car...
