Is there a diffrence?
Is there a diffrerence in quality, between a honda civic ex 02 that's is manufacted in Japan and one that is manufacted in the U.S.

This all depends on what market you are in. If it is a Honda built in Japan that is meant to be sold in the U.S.D.M. (US domestic market) then it wouldn't matter. However, if the car is built in Japan and is meant for JDM sales. There is a difference.
