What does HF stand for on Honda Civic CRX HF?

What does HF stand for on Honda Civic CRX HF?
Dont say hatchback because all CRX's are hatchbacks.The reason I'm asking is because models with HF are rated for about 10 more MPG,With same 1.5L 5 engine and speed manual trans. These are early 90"s models.
