My husband and I are thinking of buying a Honda Civic as a 2nd getting to work car, instead of using our full-sized truck (we go camping so need the truck but it does chug the gas and isn't very fun to drive on the crowded highway). What max age/mileage would you recommend going with if we wanted something to last five years and highway/city traffic? Thanks! If we buy a 2005 at around 9-10k I figure it'll only take 4-5 years to make up for itself in gas savings, so even cheaper would be better but we don't want to get something that's too old.Thanks so much gang!
