What are the most important things to look for when buying an 92-00 civic?

hey whats up im new on here and i had question. im always looking at civics but im not sure what i should be looking for. What are most important things to look for before buying a civic? If anyone could give me some pointers that be great, cause ive seen some bad buys, and i wanna try to stay away from that
