What are some performance mods for a 99 civic ex?
I have a 99 civic eEX. It is a manual of course. Ive already done a few mods to it. Wheels, tires, suspension and cold air intake. Im looking for some other things to do to it though to make it faster without spending alot of money. Motor swap is out of the question unless i can get a cheap B16 motor. Any Ideas?
