In what states can you buy a Honda Civic GX? Is it only buyable in California?...
...That's what I heard... help!!!! I heard that you can only buy a Honda Civic GX in California and NY, is that true? I live in Texas, so it is possible for me to get one at the local dealership?

Honda sells Civic GX in most states, you can find GX specific dealers at www.civicgx.com. There are several in TX. They are marketing it to RETAIL CONSUMERS only in CA and NY with Phill for home refueling but marketing to FLEETS in nearly all other states (maybe not HI). I live in Denver and have bought several as an individual from my local GX fleet dealership. Because it is so clean, cuts CO2 and uses no gasoline, they understand some individuals want it too so they wont deny selling one to you. See this video and posts on www.jaylenosgarage.com Lots of users weigh in on availability outside of CA and NY. It's Honda's best kept secret!
