You should choose the grade that's recommended by the manufacturer. Generally, you can find this info from the vehicle manual, right off the engine, or from your dealership. As far as fuel company, I guess it depends on your interest and location since the options vary from state to state.

You should use unleaded regular -- the cheapest pump at any station. Anything more would be a waste of money, as this car is designed to get excellent mileage on regular.
