What is wrong with my Civic? How much it would cost to fix it?
My 96 Honda Civic LX when cruising would suddenly flash the "D" (for Drive) on the instrument panel and the automatic transmission would not down shift to 1st gear when I stop. This problem showed up only after my engine was overhauled and put back together. The tranny has only 117k miles.
