Where would the block heater cord be located on a 2007 honda civic?

The car is brand knew and it has never been plugged in before.

are you sure it has one? you may have to install an aftermarket one. if it has one it should be in the owners manual.

First question are you sure it has one. Usually an aftermarket part unless the car is diesel. Usually the cord is ran thru the front grill if you have one. That way you can still plug in and not have your hood open.
