will an F22b DOHC engine fits on a honda del sol?

i own a 93 del sol (s) single cam non vtec. i came accross an F22b DOHC jdm engine for $1100. my question is will it fit on my del sol? and if so how much would you think that kind of swap would cost me? thnx in advance.
