Unless the owner invested $10,000 in it, no way. If it is stock, you should expect to pay a MAXIMUM of $5000. That is assuming the car is perfect! You can find 2002 civics with 90,000 miles for $8800.

I looked up 2002 Honda Civic 2 dr auto in excellent condition, it lists for $6900. I always like to pay less than list.
