It's still not clear to me what the $155. or $163 covers: just shipping or
including the parts?

I was going by the price at http://www.acuraautomotiveparts.org/ plus Can$
conversion.

Stephen Bigelow's post says:

"$85.33USD (shipping in)
Plus UPS brokerage charges of around $30CDN"

That's $110.93 Cdn for the parts (at an exchange of 30%), shipping
included, then $30 Cdn for the brokerage. Total about $140.93 Cdn. He may
have been using a slightly different exchange rate when he posted.

In addition, he will pay 8% provincial tax (assuming he's in Ontario), and
7% federal GST on that total, so his grand total will come to either
$162.07 or $162.86, depending on whether I am right about GST being applied
to the PST.

I was at the parts dept of an Acura dealer last weekend to pick up a
ground wire. They had a special on several of the filters, including
the Filtech (15400-P0H-305) for $4.99 each. However - the shrink
wrap on each filter was compromised, and they must have been kept in
a moist environment. There was mild rust on the baseplate of each
filter. It probably wasn't that big a deal. The Denso filters for
the Legend were $10 each.
