Parts store may not help because the '95 isn't OBD II compliant, but you
should be able to read the 'flash codes'. Search Google for more help.
Topping up your gas tank or failing to tighten the cap will do that.
There are some other tips in your owner's manual.
You didn't mention your mileage, or any other symptoms.
