92 Accord won't shift out of park...help!
Saw a post earlier with this same problem. Checked shift interlock
solenoid. Shift mechanism is working properly. Shift cable seems to be
free. Does this transmission have a history of problems with the park
pawl? How involved is repairing\replacing the mechanism? I have worked
on Chevy and Ford A\T, but never a Honda. Thanks in advance!

Brake switch OK? I'm only guessing at this since you must depress the brake
before shifting an automatic. Again, this is only a suggestion on something
to check since the brake switch is easier (and probably cheaper) to replace.
