In the event that someone has tried to remove the screws and messed
the philips shots up, a 1/4" drill bit will remove the head of each screw
and then a vicegrip will take the remaining stud out after the rotor is off.

The philips slots makes centering the drill easy too.

Or use a left hand drill bit and a reversible drill. This should spin the
screw right out. If not, it will loosen it making it easier to remove. A
right hand drill will tighten the screw.
