Disconnect the horn temporarily to see it the actual horn is the
problem and trace backwards from there.
If it still blows with the horn disconnected, it might be whatever
feeds that horn (wire, relay, etc).

Disconnect the horn temporarily to see it the actual horn is the
problem and trace backwards from there.
If it still blows with the horn disconnected, it might be whatever
feeds that horn (wire, relay, etc).
