Cost of Transmission Fluid Flush

Fluid flush $
I just think everyone is trying to warn you about flushing a honda transmission..I have read several posts plus I've consulted honda's repair manual and a flush is not recommended, as damage may occur..But I believe a flush would cost around 150-200$.
