Go to your dealer, have them fix the problem, whatever the cause turns out
to be.

Maybe just the transmitter... in mine the "braket" which holds the battery
down came loose.
It was simple to fix with a soldering iron, but still, I agree, take it back
to the dealer.

Changing your stereo will do that on some models. If you're in north
america, you might want to mention if it's a CRV, Odyssey, Pilot, Accord
whatever... I think most have an EX version.

Make sure the transmitter's (the piece that comes with the keys) has a
battery that is in good condition. If the battery is weak your keyless entry
won't work.
If it's not the battery then can you mention what car you have and if you've
done any modifications to it in the last few days?
