Thanks for all opinion. I did check the underhood fuse and also the fuse
box inside the car near the drivers side, no broken one can be found.
So, I have no clues for what's going wrong.

If you have a voltmeter, check that you have battery voltage on the
white wire with yellow (or on some model years blue) stripe. There
should be battery voltage at all times. Then check the yellow wire with
red stripe. It should have battery voltage whenever the ignition is on
or in the "acc" position. Use the black wire as your ground (-) wire.
The wire colors I refer to are for the wires coming from the car, not
from the stereo. If you find battery voltage on the above wires, the
problem is likely with the stereo.

I assume you are referring to the red wire in the wire harness that came
with your stereo. The red should have battery voltage when the ignition
is on, but you say it does not. This makes perfect sense as many car
stereos will not turn on unless the ignition is on.

Where you plug your new wiring harness into the connector in the car,
the red wire red wire should connect to one that is yellow with a thin
red stripe on it. Makse sure this is the case.

Is there anything else in the car that does not work? In particular,
does the cigarette lighter work (with the ignition "on")? I believe the
cigarette lighter is on the same circuit as the stereo (the ignition
switched input to the stereo, that is). I know you have checked the
fuses, but perhaps you should check one more time the one in the
under-dash fuse box that is for the stereo. Better yet, just replace it.

Did some checking. The fuse to replace is number 23 in the under-dash
fuse box. This fuse feeds power to the cigarette lighter and to the
stereo. It should be 15A. 15A fuses are blue in color. Number 23 is in
the upper of the two rows of fuses, towards the right hand side.
