I bought a rear bumper cover for my 03 Maxima from these people. The
quality was unacceptable, see:
http://van99.com/bumper/
8 images in total. 1 through 6 show the ridges left by bad masking and
painting at the edges of the side light recesses. 7 & 8 show how the
side lights fit inside the recesses (picture from the good side of my
old bumper)
When I complained to D&H, showing them these images, they tried to
tell me the side lights fitted OVER these ridges and therefore would
cover the bad paint and masking work. D& H refused to take the bumper
back.
I now have two options, fit this unacceptable quality bumper on my
car or buy another from a quality source. In otherwords I'm out about
$300 because of D & H
I wouldn't do business with this company, the quality of their
products is poor and their customer service amounts to telling
customers to "go take a hike" if they complain about genuine problems.
