The VSS is mentioned both under Fuel System and Electrical System in the '94 service manual. I have never seen the '93 manual. Testing at the VSS connector is described in the Electrical section of the manual, page 23-140 (or 1080 of 1258) at http://www.hondahookup.com/manuals/USDM_92-95_civic.zip. > After I perform that and find nothing wrong, I will get a new VSS/used > VSS and replace the old one.
