well, its about $6400 with 124,000 miles. I can probably bring it down to $6000. Is it worth it?

NO,

I would never pay that much for a car unless it had a factory like rebuilt engine and brand new struts.

You will be spending lots of money on repairs even though it is a Honda it is almost ten years old.

Do not but anything with more then 60,000 miles on it unless you want to keep it for less then one year.
