i got a 1990 prelude with a b21a if i was to get a h23a out of a 92 and up

Yes the H23A can be swapped in, but the H22A is a far more commonly performed engine swap. The engine transplant is fairly involved and will require special aftermarket engine mounts, axles, and shift cable to name a few. In addition, modifications must be made to the vehicle's wiring harness, ECU and ignition system.
