You'll need to remove the trim bezel and replace the lamps from behind the
control head.
The control head is attached to the bezel, so you'll need to remove the
cables from the heater box to get enough working room. Otherwise, you'll
damage the cables (and possibly other things) if you try to force it out.
Don't remember specifics off the top of my head. Check for details on
www.hmaservice.com.
