The fuel lines attach to the fuel rail which is attached to the injectors.
The high pressure line bolts on and the return line is typically clamped
onto the fuel pressure regulator. (Having a difficult time remembering
the exact setup on this car). There's also a vapor line which attaches to
the intake manifold. It sounds like you might be describing that. Do you
have liquid coming out or just vapor?

its the one coming off the top of the fuel filter, looked today now that its
daylight..
its got a nice lil stream pissing out where the rubber connects to the metal
part opposite of fuel filter.....
