99 Tiburon engine miss
Dear People,
I have a 1999 tiburon that has a miss, usually under a light pedal or
light load on the accelerator. Sometimes when I floor the car it goes
even slower. Sometimes it's just ok. The Tiburon will stall and
hestitate if I take off before it's warmed up. The miss I'm talking
about happens when the car is well warmed up.
Also, about 3 times, the car wouldn't start. The thing was flat out
dead when the key was turned. I waited about 1 minute then bam, it
started right up as if nothing was wrong.
Could anyone pose a solution. The car has 65,000 miles on it. It's
been to the dealer with no avail.
Thank You,
James

Re: 99 Tiburon engine miss
Seems as though you have a computer or a coil problem
Has anybody checked to see if there is any open circuits with a code tool?
