As I said, the Rio engine is not the Alpha engine. It's Kia's own, developed
in the late 90's. Have you ever actually LOOKED under the hood of Rio??

Also piston "crown" has no bearing on engine displacement calculation.
Displacement=Pi*(square of the cylinder diameter)*(piston stroke)
