Re: Question for 2003 Accent owners..
My 2003 Accent is a great little car! It's easy to drive and park, sips fuel,
and offers a lot of car for the money. Go for the Prefered Package and get PW,
PL, PM, RWD, CD, etc. The Accent appears to be very well made. It is not
terribly powerful but will cruise nicely at 75 MPH in Overdrive.

I liked mine too and it was great on gas. I'd get around 36mpg with a
combination of city and some highway driving. So far with the Elantra, I'm
much lower than that, but I like the extra power and more room. While I
was at the lot checking out the 2003 vehicles, I noticed the base price for
the Accent seems to have gone up. It does look like Hyundai finally
realized they were undercharging for such good cars.

Cleveland, OH: 2003 Accent (stripped down model) is advertised
for $5995. I bought the 2002 model 1 year ago. It is 1.5L, 5-spd,
no A/C. Does come with AM/FM. I get 40+ MPG hiway.
I am so impressed with the engineering and care in assembly.
