I suppose you try the directions once again or get someone else to do it.
Beyond that I don't know, I had no problem other than the bending to find
something I couldn't easily see.

Worked great for me too! Find the swithch and do it quickly. Never heard of
one not working so maybe you have a bad transmitter? Is the fob from the
same car? Do the Frequency #s match?
