It can be transferred. You can find the details at www.hyundaiusa.com
Click on "America's Best Warranty" and read the terms of the warranty.

It does, sort of. The warranty reverts to 5 year/60K miles on the whole
car for the second owner. You no longer have the 100K mile powertrain
warranty.
