so i was driving alright last night around 8 and this s2000 was right beside me at the light. rolls down his no see through tint window and asked me if i wanted to race, i was like sure why not. then he ask if i was v6 or v8 so i told him v6 and he goes ur gonna have a tough time keeping up him not knowing i have nitrous. he ask i want a head start i said no thats ok lets race dead even and see what happens from a dead stop. so the light tells green we both take off. i used the nitrous when i was going about 15 mph jumped out imediately on him 2.5 cars then kept pulling to about 5.5-6 cars by 100 then slowed down to talk to him. he goes i didnt think u were going to have a chance. i go i have nitrous and purged it he goes. nice. and then he goes im off to work at the water management plant and we both turned and went our seperate ways
mods are... trans go shift kit, stock 3.42 gears no lsd gu6 code, exhaust - no cat, ram air, custom intake, msd wires, royal purple oil, zex ls1 75 wet, purge kit, tr6 ix irdium spark plugs.

My brother owns an S200 and we're basicly head to head the entire time with my LS1.

His S2000 is stock, his Eclipse GSX is the car that's really built up.

Yeah, the guy probably couldnt drive either... s2000s are light, and they are quick. That is why Im also surprised... I think there could be a little exaduaration here.

I've raced a S2000, granted the driver knew what he was doing. And my semi built motor + 125 wet shot had me ahead by about a fender the whole time, he passed me at around 70mph or so. The only mods this s2000 had was a shift kit, exhaust, intake, and some suspension mods. So either A, the guy didnt know how to drive and maybe missed a gear, or B, quite a bit of exaduration, a v6 isnt going to pull almost anything by 5-6 cars.

no exaderation here. im not going to lie and say i beat him by something ithat i didnt, i have beaten slightly modified lt1 z28's by quite a few cars and stock lt1 corvette's as well, raced 2 exhaust only acura type s and beat them both by 2.5 cars with no nitrous. i have also raced a 2006 manaul 300hp 350z 300hp stock plus stillen intake and exhaust which i will try to videos soon by 2 cars with the nitrous. my friend has a 2001 ws6 auto with programmer and exhaust and he has riden in my car and he has i would keep up with him so if u think im lying thats your choice to believe. im a straight foward guy, and i dont see the reason to lie about anything in life it gets u no where.

Not meaning to be a jackstaff here, but I highly doubt it.

The mods you listed show you a pretty much stock v6 with a 75 shot. So your putting down at max 275 horses. Unless for some reason you are the god of all that is known as gear shifting, I really doubt it.

How is a stock 350z 300hp? Not even close.

And you wouldnt beat a modified lt1, sorry to burst your bubble there. As I said before, I have alot more done than you, and a bigger shot, more aggressive gears, more aggressive tune, more horses, and im still barely beating an SS, more the less pulling him by a couple cars.

the new 2006 stock 350z comes with 300hp when there manual maybe u need to look that up and do research before u go questioning my facts

im just tryin to tell everyone what happen and what i have raced before you know just trying to give the v6 guys more hope that there car can be quick if they put the time and money into it. but sorry for getting all frustrated i just hate people telling me basically im lying when this happened u know. where i raced bad drivers or not the fact is i won thats all the matters to me i dont even care by how much which i did not lie about but all i car is that i when u know.

Kinda funny becuase the GU6 code only came on M6 Z28s or SS, only manual in general. And yours is an auto...

well if your telling the truth, he probally gave up and you just pulled away from him and mabe you thought you pulled him by 5 car lengths in reality he just let off the pedal lol. Dont feel bad, V6 F-Bodies are tough to build up and arent super light! Like Phate said his V6 Camaro is built up alot and he has a hard time beating SS camaro's. Auto's came with the GU4 code right? I forgot!!!

i have the gu6 code i will take a pic today to prove it, if u contact gm they will be able to tell u it was a option that u could have 3.42 gears without the lsd, thats why its not a y87 package and just a regular body v6

royal purple, i didnt real feel any difference at all, imo just makes ur car running cleaner but synthetic is right there as well. it supposably adds horsepower but if it does its a fraction of a horsepower, i'll take what i can get though.

putfile.com/dmfp is the putfile account. its the second code in the second row, for u mathimatical people its 2 x 2 in the punnett square equation. it has a couple pics of my car, under the hoods and 3 pics of gu6 code couldnt get the pic any clearer, but this proves i have 3.42 gears with no lsd stock and maybe it will make u guys start believe me, because once i can get my friend to race again and get that video up some one is guaranteed to say he wasnt flooring it or he is a bad driver even though he has a auto z28 so take what u want guys and believe what u want to hear but i will have the truth and have told the truth all along so w/e so there's no sense in agruing with u guys thinking im lying about everything i say when i havent lying about anything and wouldnt so w/e believe and think what u want.

hey phate maybe u should go back to firebirdv6.com ask some people to find out more about v6's before u act like u know everything so dont be giving information out unless u know all the facts without a doubt. ANYWAYS i will be making a video that will contain these car's within a month.. have to get everyone off work and schedule a meeting. its a 07 manual sti exhaust and intake and bov,99 ws6 auto with programmer and exhaust, 03 gt auto i believe no to sure on that with some mods but still in the 13's though, 06 350z manual with exhaust and intake, and 05 wrx with sti turbo manual as well. everyone will be racing each other to see who is the fastest. should be a pretty good video. if i beat the sti maybe u guys will believe me im gonna TRY to beat kyle's ws6 but that thing is pretty quick so will have to see when it that day comes, all races will be about a 1/4 of a mile give a take a lil. also video will be recorded of the gu6 code i tried to tell u i couldnt get a clear pic but all u do is wanna say how bad the pic is so w/e ull see.

yeah i know it was blurry but the only reason i posted it is because i thought u maybe make out the code was a gu6 not a gu4 i know u couldnt make it out clear, when the video is made ill try and get video of the gu6 code. thanks paarman for someone finally agreeing it was a option. :eleph: :fluffy:
