Ok Jimmy- here's something for you to read-

People often just go by their top horse and torque numbers and use those to preach about how fast their car SHOULD be. But something that you need to keep in mind is, just like Arch said your power bands are different. You might reach your torque sooner than her car. The fact that her car is prolly heavier..there are so many factors to consider. Maybe your car was running cooler and hers hotter, a cooler car will make more power. Maybe your shift points are better, ect...

The point is there are about a BILLION different things that can make the slightest difference. You didn't exactly make it clear how the race went either. Did you start out beating her and smoke her the whole way, or did you pull on her when you shifted ect..You need to be more clear if you expect someone here to give you exactly why you won.

I'm sorry but I think its comical one someone somebody openly asks a question then gets pissed about the answers...If you want to know the real reason how about you call the CEO of GM, he might be able to give you an answer you will listen too..

FWIW, I'd like to put a x2 on what he said...I've enjoyed my time here, but it's no longer become a place that I enjoy.
