killed by new buick

My ride
1995 stock V6 3.4ltr. Camaro No engine mods.

His ride:
2001 Buick Regal.

What this means?

Time for some V8 juice.

I wasn't just owned, his car hauled ***, and if it was all stock, those Buicks are fast.

Mind you I do only have a small 6.

And he did almost crash like 6 times.. but we were clocking 200km/h through city streets and I was definetly impressed by the Buicks handling.

That car is bulky old grandpa car.

Reminded me of my old 1994 Chrysler LHS I used to own.

Was a grandpa car, but 225HP (under rated) and would own 5ltr Mustangs.

peace

Quote from site:

"This All-American sedan continues the Buick tradition with a superb 240 horsepower supercharged V-6 engine and an interior that is all Buick"

I guess it is a pretty fast engine afterall.

Don't feel so bad.

Since that kill I've decided to burn up some of my bank account and drop something more hefty in my car.

I'm thinking LS7
but then... problem with that.. everything needs to be replaced under the car.
Suspension, transmission, shocks, springs, struts,bracings.. etc...

Oh well.. I'm going to have fun this summer.. I've made up my mind?

Is it worth it in the end? If I dust a nissan NSX or some other fast import I'll be satisfied.

I'll start posting pics of the mods, and some tutorial as time allows me for you guys.

But.. first step.. locate an LS7 engine....

If you guys catch wind of any for sale let me know.

It's all a question of money. I don't have an unlimited bank account, but I do have a fair share of money to burn.

I am currently looking to purchase my first home as well, I'm sick of giving my money to someone else.
Plus, i'd like a nice big detached garage to work in instead of using my dads bodyshop and mechanics shop cause it's always full of vehicles being serviced and I can never get free space.

I'm eager to start posting pics and tutorials of my car modifications.

My interior is pretty moded.

I have 1 6.5inch headunit (clarion proaudio)
and 2 7" screens mounted in my back seats.

Custom leather, custom steering wheel wrap. Custom auto-shift ****.

When I say custom I mean custom, these items were hand crafted from my pen and paper then sent to be built.

Also custom race pedels. Custom family crest (irish) embems embroidered into my seats.

New carpets, headliner, sunvisors,etc..
Also TV Tuner, 12 DISC DVD/MP3 Changer with upfront controller.

Radar detector built into dash.

Next interior project (HUD) system like Corvette, only mine will be better as it will list

all aspects of engine performence to road speeds, to a fly on my windshield LOL

here is the Mod link for the HUD http://hud.cz28.com/ If anyone has attempted this setup, let me know. Thanks.

Now that I have all that intior rice, time for some real performence mods.

Also, April 11th 2005, my car goes into the bodyshop for fresh paint, and some nice stripes. I've decided on a single stripe that will start from the badging, and end before the Camaro signia on the back panel. The roof will be untouched. The paint will be pearl red (2 tone) and 3 clear coats. The stripe will be pearl black (2 tone) will clear blend finish. All this for $3000.00 CDN from my close friends bodyshop.

I think my car is sexier than my girlfriend, I seriously spend more time checking my car out than her.. and she's fine. LOL.

I'll keep you posted on my mods shortly.

Peace

One last mod I forgot to mention, I just ordered some Foose Speedster Chrome 18x5 rims with tread so unglodly expensive I wont even tell you what they are.... yet.

I will tell you that the rims cost me $550 each. CDN.

They are very nice looking rims, and will give the offset and beefy tire appearence I am looking for.
