heres the thing, my car isnt a drag car. it was built to turn and stop, not launch. if i wanted a drag car i would have built a fox body. its by no means a drag car. that being said, 2700 pounds with driver and the motor is built to take 600 hp. i plan on coming close to making that out, combine that with a short geared tranny and im pulling some serious numbers out of a fwd street car. hell the car un tuned on the stock motor running a piddly 10 pounds was enough to take down c5 vettes, new and old stangs, just about anything i came across, hell at 7 pounds with a passanger i fed it to a g35 pretty bad, 7 pounds was dick for power and that was o nthe old tranny, lol. the car is by no means a slouch andbeing boosted and having the motor built for boost makes it that much quicker. i had my fmu die this year, i turned the boos tup to 15 pounds and the car was just insane. felt like it pulled harder than my buddies 430 whp srt 4, car just kicked me in the *** and buried the speedo like ive never seen. fmu died shortly after so i was stuck running 10 pounds at about 15:1 afr the ret of the year which was still enough to face **** a newer m3 3 ways from sunday, not bad seeing that the car would pull a ton of timing because of how lean it was running.

but hey we can talk about combinations, my engine build list is as long as my arm. when your done, if you wanna play fom a roll let me know, i mean according to you you should have no issues tearing me apart so give me a fair chance and go me from a speed that wont completely tear apart my tires

god onthe streets, not really, roguevettes v6 vette would eat the 79camaro. 9 second street car, i can actually think of about 5 9 second street cars in my area alone, ones a stock suspensioned un tubbed 9.55et malibu but his car shoul dbe quick.

as i said though, my car is not a drag car, if i wanted to build it into one i wouldnt have run the suspension that im running and i would have set the car up to hook rather than turn

I'm not trying to be god of the streets you will have to realize there will always be faster better blah blah...I'm building for me...
Now as for the roll Idea....sorry no go unless your talking like 30-40 km roll...no lets go from 100 up my cars not built for that...
I have a short gear'd tranny and a huge rear end gear...its no highway runner and to be quite honest its true real races are digs and distances...
As much trouble as you have launching i have the same problem...and i say lets make it a track day...and 1st run No spray...beat me...2nd run all we got...
I'm not saying hold back 1st run either i wanna see everything you got...and we'll go from there then afterwards...we grab a beer and shoot the ...**** we'll make it a GTCARS sunday event...or something We'll be the single power adder class

hey thats cool man, im always up for something like that. i will have to learn the car first though. a fwd car is hard enough to launch when it isnt cranking out alot of power, lol. 30 - 40 kph is fine with me, i can start from second there and avoid first gear alltogether. i just dont want to have to launch the car if i dont have to. not that i lack throttel control because i really dont, but launching a fwd car puts alot of strain on parts and damnit im tired of replacing them, lol.

but a track day should be fine with me, maybe a prepped day where theyll actually have the track glued.

and i realise theres always gonna be someone faster, its just the way life goes, someone with deeper pockets and a better platform, always. i just like the fact that if i cant beat a large portion of the cars around ill atleast be able to hang them and scare them a little, because after all, its just a cavalier
