playing chicken ... pedestrian vs woman on a crossing
Thought i should share this with you . Some might enjoy it :P
So a few weeks ago , i'm walking back from soccer , which i've played in the backyard of a 1-4 grade school . I'm heading towards the passager cross walk , and i push the little retarded button that makes the amber lights dance .
As I look both sides ( even though I repeat i'm on a passanger cross walk , with the lights dancing , in front of a 1-4 school with paranoid signs all over the place ) i see a 4 door crapalier , with a woman with her head dressed in toilet paper looking like cloths driving the typical 15 kmph on a 40 .
But it looks like the sight of me had motivated her . Maybe my beard wasn't long enough , or no explosives were in sight , for her to be sympathetic of me , bottom line is that as i started crossing , she started accelerating towards the crossing .
So at this point i looked in her eyes , kind of asking , let's see how stupid are you , and was met with a look that could both mean , "I don't know what i doin" or "let's see who's tougher your body or my car" . I kept on walking and she kept on accelerating , eventually for me to have to jump back a bit for her not to run me over , and then smash both my fists on her windshield ...
It was about that time I realised , windshield is made out of very strong glass . But at the same time , I was confirmed to me that this woman was tipically dumb , as she got stuck behind a stopped bus some 30 meters from the crossing . So i started running , and as I got next to the car I lunged with my foot into her side window ...
It was about that time I realised ... that also side windows are made out of very strong glass . So I proceeded to hop on her hood , stomp a few times , then jumped on my way down taking one side mirror with me , and quietly finished my soccer workout with a light jog towards home .
