my friend and i were cruisin the other day and this stang came rippin up along side me...i asked what he was runnin and he said 347, i really didn't wanna run but when he asked me i figured what the hell ya know. so we went to this light that everyone runs at and lined em up. when the light changed i dumped the clutch and took off, he was spinning pretty bad through first and a bit in 2nd so i was ahead. once he gained traction we were pretty close. i held him off through 2nd and most of third but he crept by me right b4 a shifted to 4th, then i shut it down. it was a pretty good run, never thought i would do that well against a stroker, granted the guy probably wasn't the best driver, but was still fun. after we pulled over he asked me what was under the hood and i told him a stock lt1 w/ some bolt ons...i think he was expecting to hear something different....
