Of course noone will believe u beat him, 98% of the ppl on this forum drive 15sec + cars....
also its funny when they have to quote msn autos and so on to tell you how fast a carrera is...
my car can't touch a carrera yet, but i know a handfull of dudes will less than 10g dumped into their cars that can smoke em

its funny how people (that stupid *** stealthz mostly) start bashing on a legit kill, when a box (and ive driven that talon before, believe me its not a box) spanks an expensive exotic, i mean, what do you suggest people should post in the KILL STORIES section: a guy in a c6 vette just beat a guy in an integra... big whoop.
The whole point of having a modified box is because you obviously cant afford an exotic, so to mention that the guy in the carrera is laughing at you every time you beat him, is not true... he is crying because he was just handed his *** by a box... and the salesman at the dealership said that he is faster than anything on the road.
So to all the haters, just shut the *** up, and learn how to appreciate the hard work and knowledge that people have put into their cars.

again, thanx guys for the replies and support, great words indeed sleepy GSR, and thats the whole point of this thread and this section in general. but as some of you know next summer or the one after that its still a dsm, only TOTTALLY new setup, and much more expensive cars to beat than the carrera

Good kill. Having lived in Edgewater, New Jersey for a few months, I have seen numerous Carrera's, Boxter S', Z3's, Z4's etc. and I can vouch that one can buy an Eagle Talon, Honda Civic, etc. basically an economy car, modify it to be responsive, and it will smoke a high end car. Any mechanic that knows what he's doing can modify a Talon to kill a Carerra. Why? The 4g63det engine responds VERY well to mods, better than a cavalier or a cobalt, or lower-end domestic vehicles. Ice effect...nice kill, and tell us more about the project in the works. P.S. with that talon you should have numerous kill stories..keep them coming!

Its funny how ppl immediately hate when they drive heaps. I ran a 996 TT on the highway and it was pretty even 100km on up. I mentioned it to some ppl were calling BS looking at each other smirking...go figure they drove heaps too.
Lets do the math.
420hp - 20% driveline loss = 334whp in a car 200lbs heavier than an R32
