Ive only lost to one b20 this summer. It has a lot more work done to it then me and it makes about 30 more hp to the ground that i do. So i'm not sure where any of you are goin. BTW If u wanna prove ur faster than an h22. Let me know and i'll fix my tranny.

what exactly is the point of this thread?
your car still gets owned by most muscle cars and probabley a bunch of other cars. racing in a straight line has become so pointless and a waste of money. why dont you guys goto a circuit like mosport or shannonville and have some real fun cuz honestly i've never been more tired from reading a thread.

yes honda's are fast
in most cases faster than VW's but not all cases
theres always another car thats faster in a straight line
you can put $10,000 dollars into a motor and still get beaten by something else
circuit racing and autocross test the entire package not just drivetrain which makes it more difficult and therefore more fun. cuz honestly even my grandmother can drive in a straight line
so honestly...im glad you all enjoy flashing your ***** to eachother but its all for not

av who cares? dude seriously dont waste your time. and if i was you.... build a stronger tranny... and get an LSD. i got one in my car, and im telling you... nothing like knowing you can hammer every gear at whatever RPM you want and know nothing at all will happen.

if this is the same h22, the only one that i lost to when my motor first came out in the summer.. no excuses there, i lost to you..., doesnt matter what my car needed or what it didnt have at the time to make it run right.. i guess what it matters is now, and all the h22's that i've been pumping... lemme know when u get your tranny fix.. and we'll go for a pass.. i know you have alot more work than i do.. but that doesnt matter.. myself, civicboy, and jdm will be there any time to pass..

BROWN_KID! anytime you get your tranny fix... lemme know.. and we'll pass... and if you feel really confident, race civicboy first..he's got the same setup with lsd.. only i know for sure he'll pump you!! no offence... (maybe that'll get you to fix your tranny faster)

1st- yes straight line racing does suck......................if your racing with your mommy's corolla.
2nd- buddy mustangs i've seen,(and i worked at a mustang shop), get pumped all the time, even with my old stock b16 in a crx, the only time there really fast is when they got a lot of work done, like intake manifold, ported, cams, header, exhaust,etc maybe even a blower, and if u got a blower on a stang you should beat a civc with a b20 w/ type r cams(and just so everyone knows, type r cams are oem cams, maybe no from that motor, but there still made by HONDA)
3rd-fix that tranny, and we'll get a dozen of b20 to race u, even a girl(12.99)teg
4th-i done talking, lets see some races.
oh and i'm not hating on stang im just saying that they need a bit of work to go fast to. so don't tell me what they can or can't do, cuz i seen the ets at the track. civics only have 4 cylinder, if u want to see and real motor, the new nsx is going to be a 10 cyl.
