i have an fc rx7 turbo II with an s5 motor, ...the pros are that its ****en fast, but obviously if you floor it, then gas mileage suffers...if you drive it like a panzie then yea it'll be ok on gas, as long as your making stock psi, anyway good car all around lots of fun, but rotary engines have a tendancy to flood if you drive the car without letting it warm up somtimes, ..sometimes not all the time, but the easy fix is to take out the egi main comp fuse and crank the motor for 15 seconds, no less, and presto its unflooded, so dont worry about it being a lemon if you buy it and it floods. yea another thing is, i notice alot of rx7 rust around the sunroof, but what car doesnt. anyway i love the car , so yea he changed the rear tails to the nice ones which is a plus! and the fuel cut and safc is a good combo to make sure the engine doesnt starve for fuel after 7-8 psi, all in all check it out, if its clean with no rust, then its a good price.
oh and one more thing, do a compression test to see if both rotors are at good compression, cuz if they aren't then you have a blown apex seal, and its not worth it, turbo engines for the fc are freakin cheap, but yea thats pretty much all i got to say. but , its a sports car , soo anything fast takes gas. oh yea haha btw i use mine everyday.

People usually do not sell their RX-7s. They drive them to the ground then dump them :P
Check for the signs that it has been in an accident, as well as proof that the motor was indeed rebuilt/changed.

+1 Good Advice....
Also test out the turbo that the car is boosting correctly.
