take advantage of my mistake and take these disks off my hands.

whynot return them to the place of purchase in exchange for the other ones? any reputable shop will exchange them for you. just a thought

i thought of that, but they're opened.. I took one out to try it and my burner didn't recognize it... it was then that i looked up the stats on my burner and learned it didn't burn this type of disk.
so i cant return it or exchange it now because the plastic wrap is off. (but still in new condition)

oh gotcha, yeah that sucks man my dvr camrea only uses the minus kind. hope someone grabs these as they arent cheap and the price seems to be pretty good
